Grain is mainly used for surface finishing treatment of aluminum castings, copper and zinc castings.

Aluminum pellets, also known as aluminum balls or aluminum sands, are refined by repeatedly drawing, cutting, and grinding aluminum ingots containing 99% aluminum. Its appearance is bright and cylindrical, mainly used for surface treatment of aluminum, zinc or thin-walled workpieces.

Size: 0.8mm, 1*1,2*2,3*3,4*4,5*5,6*6,9.5*20,12*20(mm),  or as customers' requirements.

 

Aluminum plate aluminum thermal reaction: In applications that require rapid and large heat release, such as welding and metal purification, the use of aluminum particles is particularly suitable. A metal thermal reduction method using aluminum powder as a reducing agent. When aluminum powder reacts with metal oxides, sufficient heat is generated to melt and separate the reduced metal and the formed slag to obtain the metal or alloy. Widely used in industrial production of pure metals (such as manganese, chromium, vanadium, etc.), carbon free or low-carbon ferroalloys, and metal welding.
