Grain is mainly used for surface finishing treatment of aluminum castings, copper and zinc castings.

Aluminum pellets, also known as aluminum balls or aluminum sands, are refined by repeatedly drawing, cutting, and grinding aluminum ingots containing 99% aluminum. Its appearance is bright and cylindrical, mainly used for surface treatment of aluminum, zinc or thin-walled workpieces.

Size: 0.8mm, 1*1,2*2,3*3,4*4,5*5,6*6,9.5*20,12*20(mm),  or as customers' requirements.

 

High purity aluminum particles, deoxidized aluminum particles, and steel mills have a dedicated aluminum content of over 99.9%.
The aluminum thermal method is commonly used in industry to produce intermediate alloys such as titanium iron, molybdenum iron, niobium iron, boron iron, vanadium iron, tungsten iron, metal chromium, metal manganese, and nickel based, titanium based, and aluminum based alloys.
Aluminum particles are one of the main components of pipeline dredging agents, and their mechanism of action is based on the reaction between aluminum and sodium hydroxide solution. When aluminum particles are added to a pipeline unclogger containing sodium hydroxide, aluminum reacts with sodium hydroxide, releasing a large amount of heat. This exothermic reaction can accelerate the decomposition rate of sodium hydroxide on blockages in pipelines, especially for common blockages such as oil and hair. Due to the heat released by the reaction, some blockages can be softened or melted, and the generated hydrogen gas increases the pressure inside the pipeline, helping to flush out the blockages and quickly clear the pipeline.
